Help is only a phone call away. While starting counseling is a major step, it is a sign of strength, not weakness. Today, more individuals, couples and families are entering counseling, not only to treat illnesses but to improve their quality of life.

When you call Cornerstone at 419-289-1876 to set up an appointment, you will talk with our Office Manager, Michelle, or our evening receptionists, Mary and Danielle. They will guide you through the entire process of setting up an intake evaluation and answer any other questions.

Michelle has extensive experience in dealing with insurance and managed health care companies.  Michelle is available to handle billing questions Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. and Friday from 8 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Mary and Danielle will greet you in the evening. You will find Michelle, Mary, and Danielle to be courteous and professional. Our counselors have extended hours Monday through Thursday until 9 p.m. to help meet your scheduling needs.

Almost all insurance is accepted, including Medicare; however, we do not take Medicaid.   For your convenience, we will bill your insurance company. We also accept cash, check or Mastercard and Visa.

Feel free to call Cornerstone at any time and leave a message. If there is an after hours emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. We maintain a 24 hour answering machine/voice mail and we will return your call as soon as we are able.

Fees and Payment Policies

The fee for an initial evaluation is $120.00 and follow up sessions are $100.00. As a courtesy we will bill your insurance company, HMO, or responsible party. We ask that at each session you pay your co-pay. In the event you have not met your deductible, the full fee is due at each session until the deductible is satisfied.

For your convenience we accept cash, check, and Visa/MasterCard.
