Reorder the letters of "Depression" and get: "I pressed on!" (author unknown). I am here to help you find a plan to press on.

Philosophy of Counseling:

Many people face unexpected challenges in life and find themselves in a place they may not have planned.  Getting unstuck may be harder than expected.  Many times, a non-judgmental outside perspective and a new tool is just what is needed to start moving forward.  As a counselor, I count it a privilege to walk alongside and empower clients to find the right tools that fit into their way of managing life and the difficulties that may arise.  Emotional, mental, spiritual and social are all important factors to consider in finding wellness for a person as a whole.  My goal is to help individuals and couples find their path that encompasses their goals to thrive in life.
