“What is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?” (Mary Oliver)
I believe that life is precious, fragile and sometimes difficult; that people are multifaceted with physical, psycho-social, emotional and spiritual components and I believe that God loves us and His goodness is toward us. This I know from both personal and professional experience.
Helping others heal is a privilege and an honor for me. I am genuinely interested in your values, your ideals and your personal story. When you are faced with adversity, I can help you gain the insight, muster the courage and learn the skills necessary to cope, overcome and persevere through life’s difficult terrain.
